Whether you want to start, or you just have a question you would like answered honestly first, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach me.

WhatsApp

The fastest route, and the one I check most often. Sending BLUEPRINT triggers the intake form automatically.

Response times

I coach alongside a full-time job in management consulting, so I want to be straightforward about what to expect rather than promise instant replies. WhatsApp and Instagram are the only two channels I use, which keeps everything in one place rather than scattered across inboxes.

Realistic response times by channel. WhatsApp and Instagram are the only two channels I use.
ChannelTypical responseBest for
WhatsAppWithin 24 hours, usually the same eveningStarting the process, quick questions, existing clients
Instagram DMWithin 24 to 48 hoursShort questions and content queries

If something is genuinely urgent and you are an existing client, WhatsApp is always the right channel.

Before you message

You may find your answer faster in one of these:

  • Pricing and what is included, if your question is about cost, delivery or what you actually receive.
  • The FAQ on the homepage, which covers whether this suits beginners, how personalised it is, time commitment, gym access and what happens after twelve weeks.
  • The interactive demo, if you want to see the product rather than read about it.
  • The Knowledge Hub, if your question is about training or nutrition rather than the service. The guides there are free and cover protein, body recomposition and training frequency in detail.
  • About me, if you want to know my background and credentials before getting in touch.

What to include if you are enquiring about coaching

You do not have to, but these three things let me give you a genuinely useful answer straight away rather than asking a round of questions first:

  1. What you are trying to achieve, in your own words.
  2. How many days a week you can realistically train, on a bad week rather than an ideal one.
  3. Anything I should know about injuries, medical conditions or dietary requirements.

If the Fitness Blueprint is not the right answer for your situation, I will tell you that rather than sell it to you. That happens reasonably often, usually because someone needs physiotherapy or clinical support before coaching makes sense.

A note on medical questions

I am a coach with a diploma in evidence-based fitness and nutrition, not a doctor, physiotherapist or registered dietitian. I cannot diagnose anything or advise on medication, and I will say so plainly rather than guess. If your question is clinical, please speak to a qualified professional. I am very happy to work alongside advice you have already been given.

Ready when you are

Send one word and we will take it from there.

No obligation, no sales script. Just a conversation about whether this fits.
