I build fitness systems for people with full calendars.
Because that is the problem I had to solve for myself first.
The short version
I am a management consultant by day and an online fitness coach by evening. I hold a diploma in evidence-based fitness and nutrition from MyHealthBuddy, and I have coached over 25 clients across India, Dubai and Europe.
I built a product called the Fitness Blueprint, which is a personalised 12 week training and nutrition system delivered as one private link. It exists because almost every plan I encountered assumed a life that working professionals do not have.
The goal of my coaching is not to keep you as a client. It is to make you progressively more independent, to the point where you can run your own training and nutrition without asking anyone. That is an unusual thing for a coach to say out loud, and it is the single most important thing to understand about how I work.
My story
I did not come to this through sport. I came to it through a desk.
Consulting is a demanding profession. Long days, unpredictable hours, travel that appears at short notice, and client dinners that arrive whether or not they fit your week. For a long time I did what most people in that position do. I trained when I could, ate whatever was quickest, told myself I would get properly organised once the current project ended, and then watched the next one begin.
What eventually changed things was not more motivation. It was accepting that my schedule was not going to become calmer and that any plan which required it to be calmer was going to fail. So I stopped looking for the optimal programme and started building one that could survive a bad week.
That meant fewer training days, but ones I would genuinely complete. It meant a nutrition structure I could repeat without thinking, rather than a meal plan that assumed I had time to cook three times a day. It meant tracking a small number of things weekly so I could actually see whether it was working, instead of relying on how I felt.
It worked, and more importantly it kept working. When friends and colleagues started asking what I was doing, I realised the useful thing I had was not a workout. It was a system.
Why I built the Fitness Blueprint
When I began coaching properly, I noticed the same pattern in almost everyone who came to me. They were not uninformed. Many of them knew more about training than they gave themselves credit for. They had watched the videos, read the articles, and could tell you what progressive overload meant.
What they did not have was structure. And what nobody had given them was a way to tell whether what they were doing was working.
That gap is what the Blueprint is built around. It is not a workout plan with a nutrition PDF attached. It is four connected parts: a Nutrition Plan built from your own numbers, a Training Plan held steady for twelve weeks so progression can actually accumulate, a Progress Dashboard that reads your weekly data and tells you what to change, and a Resources library for the moments that break most plans, like travel, injury or a month lost to work.
I also made a deliberate commercial decision that runs against how this industry usually works. The Blueprint is a one time cost, not a subscription. Monthly coaching creates an incentive to keep you dependent, and I did not want to build a business on that incentive.
How I coach
Three principles do most of the work. They are the same three you will find on the homepage, because they are not marketing lines, they are how decisions actually get made.
Structure over information
You almost certainly do not need more content. You need one plan that fits the week you actually have, and a way to tell whether it is working. Most people are not short of knowledge, they are short of a system.
Consistency over perfection
Everything in the Blueprint is scored on a scale of 1 to 5, never as pass or fail. A four out of five week is a good week, and the system is deliberately built to read it that way. All-or-nothing thinking ends more programmes than any training variable.
Understanding over instruction
Every rule comes with the reason attached. If you understand why your deficit is the size it is, you can adjust it yourself in month six. If you only know the number, you cannot.
The evidence-based part, and what that actually means
Evidence-based is a phrase that has been worn thin by overuse, so it is worth being specific about what I mean by it.
It means I prioritise systematic reviews, meta-analyses and position stands from bodies like the International Society of Sports Nutrition over single studies, because one study rarely settles anything. It means when I tell you protein should sit between 1.6 and 2.2 g per kg, I can point you to the research that produced those numbers, which is exactly what I do in the protein guide.
It also means being honest when the evidence is thin. Some of what gets stated confidently in this industry rests on small studies or on findings that were never as clear as the headline suggested. Where that is the case, I say so. You will find limitations spelled out in every article in the Knowledge Hub, including sample sizes and where a widely quoted figure is really a statistical trend rather than a settled fact.
I am a coach, not a doctor or a dietitian. I do not diagnose anything, and where something falls outside my scope I will tell you plainly and suggest you speak to someone qualified for it.
Who this is for
Working professionals, roughly 25 to 40, who want to build muscle, lose fat and stay consistent without fitness taking over their lives.
Within that, two groups in particular:
- Complete beginners who have never trained and do not know where to start. You are a large part of who this is built for. You get the exact exercises, sets and reps, a demonstration video for every movement, and a nutrition plan with portions written out, so there are no decisions to make on day one.
- Experienced but frustrated people who have tried multiple programmes, coaches or apps and never found something sustainable. Usually the missing pieces are structure, feedback, and a way back in after a bad week.
I have also built around specific circumstances where it is appropriate to do so, including clients managing PCOD and various injury histories. If you have a condition that needs clinical management, get cleared by your doctor first and I will work within that.
I am not the right coach for you if you want a fourteen day transformation, if you want someone messaging you every morning to make you train, or if you are preparing for stage competition, which needs specialist coaching I do not offer.
What clients have said
Three people, three different starting points.
“Over the first couple of months I lost around 5 kg, but the bigger difference was finally having a structure to follow. The workouts and nutrition were personalised and practical, and they fit around a busy working week instead of the other way round.”
“After being away from the gym for over a year I honestly did not know where to start. The Blueprint gave me a clear structure and took the guesswork out of it, and that made me a lot more confident actually being in the gym.”
“The Blueprint gave me structure, the exact exercises, rep ranges and progression to follow. I really appreciated the focus on improving my posture while building muscle, and it has worked well alongside my running.”
